What do I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for movement and alignment checks, and bring a pair of grip socks for safety and hygiene. We also suggest bringing a water bottle and small towel if needed.

Is it safe to do Pilates during pregnancy or postpartum?
Absolutely—with proper guidance. We offer tailored sessions for pre and postnatal clients focusing on core stability, and safe movement. Please consult your doctor before beginning any new fitness program.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us enough time to offer the session slot to another client who may be waiting.
